General questions
Start here for the basics of REJUVI’s telehealth experience.
What is REJUVI?
REJUVI is a premium telehealth and wellness brand built around provider-guided consultations, personalized care planning, follow-up support, lab review, and non-prescription wellness products.
How does REJUVI work?
Patients begin with online intake. A licensed provider reviews the information, determines appropriate next steps, and may conduct a virtual consultation. From there, the provider may recommend education, lifestyle support, labs, follow-up, non-prescription wellness products, or prescription discussion when clinically appropriate.
Is REJUVI a med spa or a telehealth company?
REJUVI is positioned as a premium telehealth and wellness experience with a modern med-spa feel. The care model is consultation-first and provider-guided.
Who is REJUVI for?
REJUVI may be for patients interested in weight and metabolic wellness, peptide therapy consultation, longevity and vitality, recovery and performance support, hormone and wellness optimization, aesthetic wellness, lab review, or ongoing wellness support.
Is this a replacement for my primary care doctor?
No. REJUVI is not a replacement for primary care, emergency care, or specialist medical care. Patients should continue working with their regular healthcare professionals for ongoing medical needs.
Prescription and treatment questions
REJUVI does not guarantee prescriptions or sell prescription treatments through direct checkout.
Are prescriptions guaranteed?
No. Prescriptions are only provided when a licensed provider determines they are clinically appropriate based on intake, consultation, health history, safety considerations, and applicable standards of care.
Can I buy prescription treatments directly from the website?
No. Prescription treatments are not sold through standard ecommerce checkout. They require provider review and clinical appropriateness.
What happens if I am not prescribed anything?
A provider may still recommend education, lifestyle support, lab review, non-prescription wellness products, follow-up, or care with another healthcare professional depending on your situation.
Does paying for a consultation guarantee medication?
No. Paying for a consultation does not guarantee any prescription, treatment, refill, or specific outcome.
Are prescription costs included in consultation pricing?
No. Prescription costs, if applicable, are separate and may vary based on the care plan, pharmacy, dosage, availability, provider recommendation, and other clinical or fulfillment factors.
Pricing and package questions
REJUVI pricing is designed around consultations, follow-up support, lab review, and refill review.
How much is the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is currently listed at $129. Pricing may be updated before launch.
What is included in the Full Care Package?
The Full Care Package is currently listed at $449 and includes the initial consultation, two follow-up visits over approximately 12 weeks, care planning, progress review, and refill reviews when appropriate.
How much are follow-up visits?
À la carte follow-up visits are currently listed at $79. Follow-ups may be used for progress review, questions, plan adjustment discussions, or ongoing support outside a package.
Are refill reviews free?
Refill reviews are currently listed as FREE / $0 for active REJUVI patients. Refills are not automatic or guaranteed. A licensed provider must determine that continuation is clinically appropriate.
How much is lab review?
Lab review is currently listed at $149. Lab testing costs, if any, may be separate from the provider-guided lab review fee.
Lab review and health marker questions
Labs may help provide additional context for certain care pathways.
Do I need labs to start?
Not always. Labs may be requested depending on your goals, health history, program type, symptoms, provider judgment, and the care pathway being considered.
Can I upload labs I already have?
If accepted by the provider workflow, existing labs may be reviewed when they are recent, relevant, and appropriate for the consultation.
Does lab review guarantee a prescription?
No. Lab review may help inform care planning, but it does not guarantee a prescription, treatment recommendation, refill, or specific outcome.
What if my labs show something concerning?
Your provider may recommend follow-up with a primary care provider, specialist, urgent care, or another appropriate healthcare professional if results suggest something outside REJUVI’s scope.
Program questions
REJUVI programs are designed around patient goals, provider review, and clinical suitability.
Which program should I choose?
Start with the program that best matches your primary goals. Common pathways include Weight & Metabolic Wellness, Peptide Therapy Consultation, Longevity & Vitality, Recovery & Performance Support, Hormone & Wellness Optimization, Aesthetic & Skin Health, and Lab Review.
Can I switch programs later?
Your provider may help guide next steps if your goals change or if another care pathway becomes more appropriate.
Is peptide therapy available to everyone?
No. Peptide-based treatment options, if discussed, require provider review and clinical appropriateness. REJUVI is not a research chemical store or direct-to-checkout peptide marketplace.
Can I use REJUVI just for wellness products?
Non-prescription wellness products may be available through the REJUVI shop. Prescription treatments require provider evaluation and should not be sold through standard ecommerce checkout.
Ongoing support questions
REJUVI is designed to support patients beyond the first consultation.
How do follow-ups work?
Follow-ups may include progress review, questions, plan adjustment discussion, lab review, refill review if applicable, and continued education.
Are refills automatic?
No. Refills are not automatic. They require provider review and continued clinical appropriateness.
How often are follow-ups usually needed?
Many wellness care pathways use follow-up visits over a 2–3 month period, but the right timing depends on the patient, program, provider judgment, and care plan.
Can I book a one-time consultation only?
Yes. Patients may choose a one-time initial consultation instead of the Full Care Package. Additional follow-ups can be booked separately when needed.
